  • 1.5 lbs thinly sliced chicken
  • 1 lb Swiss cheese (sliced)
  • ½ cup dill pickle slices
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)
  • ½ tsp pickle seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat; stir in garlic, pickle seasoning, and pickle juice. Set aside.
  3. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with the garlic pickle butter mixture.
  4. Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally while keeping them connected; place the bottom layer in the baking dish.
  5. Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard; spread evenly on the top half of the rolls.
  6. Layer sliced chicken, Swiss cheese, and pickles on the bottom half; place the top half over.
  7. Brush remaining garlic pickle butter on top; sprinkle with optional poppy seeds.
  8. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Once baked, sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
