  • 1 rack baby back ribs (membrane removed)
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons coarse salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard
  • ½ cup brown sugar BBQ sauce
  • 23 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Lay the ribs on heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine all dry rub ingredients and mix well.
  4. Generously apply the dry rub to both sides of the ribs and wrap them tightly in aluminum foil.
  5. Place wrapped ribs on a baking sheet and bake for 3 hours.
  6. After baking, unwrap the ribs and brush BBQ sauce mixed with honey generously over both sides.
  7. Broil the unwrapped ribs for an additional 3–5 minutes until caramelized.
  8. Let rest before slicing and serve garnished with parsley if desired.
