  • 2 racks of beef back ribs
  • ¼ cup Traeger dry rub
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. Generously coat both sides of each rack with dry rub.
  3. Preheat your Traeger Grill to 165°F.
  4. Place the ribs on the bottom grill grate and smoke for 2 hours.
  5. After 2 hours, wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and smoke for an additional 2 hours at 225°F.
  6. Unwrap the ribs, baste with barbecue sauce, and continue cooking while flipping and basting every 15 minutes for another hour.
  7. Once done, let rest before slicing into pieces and serving warm.
