  • 1/31/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Use a fork to pierce the chicken breasts all over for better marination.
  3. Place the chicken in a large Ziploc bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag tightly and massage gently to ensure even coating.
  4. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes; ideally up to 4-5 hours for maximum flavor.
