Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 lbs Chicken Wings
  • 2 tbsp BBQ Dry Rub
  • 2 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/2 stick Melted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Raw Honey
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Rinse and dry the chicken wings, then place them on a sheet pan lined with paper towels. Refrigerate uncovered for several hours or overnight.
  2. Season: In a bowl, mix the BBQ dry rub, 1 tablespoon of Old Bay seasoning, and baking soda. Coat the chicken wings thoroughly with this mixture.
  3. Smoke: Preheat your smoker to 275°F (135°C) and smoke the wings for about 1 hour. Increase heat to 375°F (190°C) until they reach an internal temperature of 185°F (85°C), approximately another 45 minutes.
  4. Glaze: Combine melted butter, remaining Old Bay seasoning, and raw honey in a bowl. Toss the hot wings in this glaze before serving.
