4 small green onions (very finely chopped, about ¼ cup)

8 small (street taco) flour tortillas

Instructions
Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, white grape juice vinegar, low sodium soy sauce, chopped green onions, minced garlic, minced ginger, and kosher salt. Mix gently.
