  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 8 small (street taco) flour tortillas
  • Thinly sliced cabbage
  • Shredded carrots
  • Chopped green onion
  • Cilantro

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, white grape juice vinegar, low sodium soy sauce, chopped green onions, minced garlic, minced ginger, and kosher salt. Mix gently.
  2. Assemble Tacos: Place a tortilla on your work surface and scoop one-eighth of the filling into the center. Spread it evenly using the back of a spoon or fingers. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
