  • 2 cups BBQ sauce
  • Half an onion (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • Sliced cheese (like colby jack)
  • Diced jalapeños
  • Buns
  • Crispy fried onions

Instructions

  1. Gather and prepare all ingredients.
  2. In the slow cooker, combine chuck roast, BBQ sauce, half the bacon, sliced onion, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, and half of the diced jalapeños.
