  • 156 ml can tomato paste
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 3/4 liter broth (vegetable, beef, or chicken)
  • 1 cup minute rice (uncooked)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary and transfer to the slow cooker.
  2. Layer chopped vegetables—cabbage, green beans, celery, and bell pepper—over the beef.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and broth. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
  5. In the last 15-20 minutes of cooking, stir in uncooked minute rice.
