  • Chopped fresh parsley or cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix chicken chunks with salt, pepper, teriyaki sauce, and pineapple juice. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Prepare Skewers: Soak wooden skewers in water for 20-30 minutes if using.
