  • 12 King's Hawaiian rolls (or rye slider buns)
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 3/4 lb pastrami or roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 9 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dried minced onion
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Drain the sauerkraut and squeeze out excess moisture using paper towels.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and spread Thousand Island dressing on both sides.
  3. On the bottom halves of the rolls, layer pastrami or roast beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with Worcestershire sauce, minced onion, and crushed garlic. Brush this mixture over the tops of the assembled sliders.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Cut apart carefully and serve warm.
