- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey or ground chicken)
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 2 teaspoons rice apple vinegar
- 12 ounces coleslaw mix (or shredded green cabbage)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook until translucent (about 2 minutes). Stir in garlic; sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add ground meat and cook for about 5 minutes until browned.
- Mix in ginger, soy sauce, rice apple vinegar, salt, and pepper.
