  • 2 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) carton whipped topping
  • 2 1/3 cups boiling water
  • 1 (6 oz) box peach vegan gelatin
  • 4 cups sliced peaches

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels, powdered sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  3. In another bowl, dissolve peach vegan gelatin in boiling water and stir in chopped peaches. Allow to cool until soft set.
  4. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
  5. Pour peach mixture on top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Slice and serve chilled.
