  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey sausage over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and optional cinnamon. Stir gently until just mixed.
