  • 2 rings (13.9 ounces each) kielbasa
  • ¼ cup course ground Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Slice the kielbasa into ¼-inch slices without cutting all the way through using chopsticks or skewers as guides. Cut crosswise into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the mustard, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and half of the Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
  3. Combine mayonnaise with the remaining mustard sauce to create a dipping sauce.
  4. Brush half of the mustard sauce over the kielbasa bites and air fry at 400°F for 7-9 minutes until browned.
  5. Serve warm with remaining mustard sauce and enjoy!
