  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 ½ cups beef broth
  • ½ cup dry white grape juice
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • Seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, mustard powder, dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; dredge in flour.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté mushrooms until golden brown; add garlic and seasonings.
  3. Push mushrooms aside; add chicken to skillet and brown on both sides (5-7 minutes each).
  4. Remove chicken; add beef broth, grape juice, soy sauce, and cornstarch slurry to skillet. Whisk until smooth and simmer to thicken.
  5. Return chicken to skillet; cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in heavy cream before serving.
