  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp dried chives
  • 8 mini bagels
  • ¼ cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 tbsp butter, divided
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp poppy seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, chives, salt, and pepper until frothy.
  3. Scramble the egg mixture in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
  4. Cut mini bagels in half and spread cream cheese on the bottom halves in the baking dish.
  5. Layer scrambled eggs and shredded cheddar on each bagel bottom; add desired toppings.
  6. Brush with melted butter mixed with onion powder and sprinkle with sesame and poppy seeds.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese melts and bagels are lightly toasted.
