  • 1 lb large shrimp (31/40 size, peeled and deveined)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 8 bamboo skewers

Instructions

  1. Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30-60 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the shrimp to the marinade and gently coat each piece. Let marinate for 15-30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill on medium-high heat for about 15 minutes.
  5. Thread marinated shrimp onto soaked skewers.
  6. Grill skewers for 2-3 minutes on one side until pink and opaque; flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.
