  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Optional: 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or oven to 425°F.
  2. Place the salmon on a sheet of aluminum foil, skin-side down, folding up the edges to create a small barrier.
  3. Nestle lemon slices under the salmon evenly.

  5. Pour about three-quarters of the mixture over the salmon; reserve the rest.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
