Instructions
Melt the white chocolate and vegetable shortening together in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Dip the bottom of each large vegan marshmallow into the melted chocolate and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Stack two more marshmallows on top to build the ghost's body.
Coat the entire structure with remaining melted white chocolate and attach candy eyes while still wet.
Once hardened, sprinkle powdered sugar over the marshmallows and use a black marker to draw on smiles or other expressions.
