  • Vegetable shortening
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate and vegetable shortening together in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Dip the bottom of each large vegan marshmallow into the melted chocolate and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Stack two more marshmallows on top to build the ghost's body.
