  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Onion powder to taste
  • 120 g shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit or pizza dough, cut into 812 rounds and flattened
  • 28 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 5 g minced garlic
  • 15 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Let cool.
  2. Mix cooled beef with shredded cheese and optional ingredients like pickles or caramelized onions.
  3. Flatten dough rounds and place 1–2 tablespoons of filling in the center. Pinch edges to seal.
  4. Place on a parchment-lined baking tray, brush with garlic butter, and sprinkle with parmesan.
  5. Preheat oven to 190°C and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
