  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. Move the beef to one side of the skillet and add butter on the empty side. Once melted, stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Add the drained pasta to the skillet, mixing everything well.
  5. Stir in parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
