  • 6 cups fresh peaches (diced)
  • 3 eggs (beaten)
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan by spraying it with non-stick spray.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar cookie mix, softened butter, flour, and one egg until crumbly. Press the mixture into the prepared pan to form the crust.
  4. Evenly distribute the diced peaches over the crust.
  5. For the custard filling, whisk together beaten eggs, flour, granulated sugar, heavy whipping cream, salt, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour this mixture over the peaches.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
