  • 2 cups shredded cabbage

  • ¼ cup reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sriracha sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Sauté finely chopped purple onions for 1–2 minutes until softened.
  3. Add ground chicken, minced garlic, and grated ginger; cook until browned.
  4. Remove the chicken mixture and wilt shredded cabbage in the same wok for about 4–5 minutes.
  5. Return the chicken mixture to the wok and stir in toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar, and sriracha sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste; adjust spice levels if desired.
