  • 2 lbs Frozen Diced Hash Brown Potatoes
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) Cheddar Soup
  • 1 container (16 oz) Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 12 TB Melted Butter (divided)
  • 3 cups Corn Flakes or Frosted Flakes cereal

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine frozen diced hash browns, cheddar soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and salt. Mix in 6 tablespoons of melted butter until well combined.
  3. Spray a 9×13 baking pan with non-stick spray.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix corn flakes with the remaining 6 tablespoons of melted butter until coated.
  5. Spread the potato mixture evenly in the prepared baking pan and top with the buttery corn flakes.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes; then remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown.
