  • 1 medium zucchini (sliced)

  • 1 red bell pepper (diced large)
  • 1 orange bell pepper (diced large)
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized cubes.
