  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Mexican blend or cheddar)
  • ½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
  • 2 tbsp ranch or chipotle mayo (optional)
  • Tomatoes (optional)
  • Beans (optional)
  • Corn (optional)
  • Jalapeños (optional)
  • Guacamole (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add cooked chicken and taco seasoning; warm through.
  2. Microwave flour tortillas for 30 seconds to soften. Set out toppings: lettuce, cheese, sour cream, salsa, etc.
  3. Place a small corn tortilla in the center of each flour tortilla and layer with chicken, sour cream, salsa, cheese, and lettuce.
  4. Fold edges of the flour tortilla over the filling to seal it.
  5. Cook wraps seam-side down in the skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until golden brown; flip and cook until crispy. Serve hot.
