  • 8 oz fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 5 to 6 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 16 oz Caesar salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • Optional: mozzarella cheese for extra richness

Instructions

  1. Preheat your griddle to medium heat.
  2. Cook thawed tortellini for about 2-3 minutes under a covered foil pan, flipping halfway through.
  3. Add cooking oil around the tortellini and place chicken pieces and diced onion on the griddle. Season with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes; cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in chopped spinach and minced garlic; cook until spinach wilts (about 2-3 minutes).
  5. Pour in Caesar dressing and add parmesan cheese; mix well before serving. Optionally top with mozzarella.
