  • 1 package (16 oz) chicken sausage
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 pre-baked pizza crust (12-inch)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sausage gravy by browning the chicken sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in flour, then gradually add milk while stirring until thickened. Season with black pepper.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet and spread half of the sausage gravy over it.
  3. Scramble eggs in a greased skillet until just set and remove from heat.
