  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup cold butter, diced
  • 2 cups strawberries, halved
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly coat a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and salt. Using a pastry cutter or your hands, mix in the cold butter until crumbly.
  3. In another bowl, toss strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries with granulated sugar, orange juice, and vanilla. Sprinkle flour over the berry mixture and gently stir to coat.
