  • 2 lbs country style boneless ribs
  • 2 Tbs paprika
  • 1 Tbs black pepper
  • 3 Tbs brown sugar
  • 2 tsp coarse salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 Tbs honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (121°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with tinfoil for easy cleanup.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together all dry rub ingredients.
  4. Coat the country style ribs in a large bowl with the dry rub.
  5. Arrange the coated ribs on the prepared baking sheet and cover tightly with tinfoil.
  6. Bake in the oven for 2 hours to achieve tender meat.
  7. While baking, combine BBQ sauce and honey in a separate bowl.
  8. After 2 hours, remove foil, baste ribs with BBQ sauce mixture, and return to bake for an additional 30 minutes to an hour until tender.
  9. Serve hot, optionally garnished with fresh parsley.
