  • 24 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 pounds thin sliced turkey
  • 2 pounds thin sliced chicken
  • 12 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice rolls in half and place bottom halves in a baking pan.
  3. Spread mayonnaise on bottom halves.
  4. Layer turkey and chicken evenly over mayonnaise; add half slices of provolone cheese.
  5. In a bowl, melt butter and mix with mustard, onion powder, granulated sugar, and poppy seeds. Brush this mixture over the assembled sliders.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
