  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 4 tbsp Gochujang
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (minced)
  • 1 tsp Rice Apple Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  3. Pat the chicken wings dry and toss them in a bowl with vegetable oil, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  4. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. While the wings bake, combine gochujang, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice apple vinegar in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened.
  6. Remove wings from the oven and toss in the warm sauce. Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes to set the glaze.
