Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg, grated orange zest, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and fine sea salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients until combined.
  5. Gently fold in the chopped fresh cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
