  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat dry the salmon fillets with paper towels and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  4. Brush half of the glaze over the salmon fillets generously.
  5. Bake for 8 minutes, then remove from the oven and brush with the remaining glaze.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until flaky and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F).
