  • 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sliced rhubarb and quartered strawberries.
  3. Add light brown sugar, granulated sugar, cornstarch, salt, orange juice, and vanilla to the fruit mixture. Stir until well combined.
