  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed Oreo cookies (Mint or Double Stuf)
  • ½ cup green M&M’s
  • green sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Spread evenly on the baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle 1½ cups of crushed Oreos over the melted chocolate and let it cool slightly for about 5 minutes.
  4. Melt 2 cups of white chocolate chips in another bowl using the same method and pour over the Oreo layer.
  5. While the white chocolate is warm, top with ½ cup green M&M's and green sprinkles.
  6. Allow the bark to cool completely before breaking into pieces.
