  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 12 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine or brown rice
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup cucumber slices
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss until well coated.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
  3. In another mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth. Adjust sriracha according to your spice preference.
  4. Divide cooked rice into bowls. Top with cooked shrimp, shredded carrots, avocado slices, cucumber slices, and chopped green onions. Drizzle with spicy mayo and sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
