  • 1 packet French onion soup mix (or 1 cup sautéed onions + 1 tsp onion powder)
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • Cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, parsley)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the beef mince, French onion soup mix, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut each sheet in half. Place filling along one edge of each piece.
  4. Roll the pastry tightly around the filling and seal the edges using water or egg wash.
