  • 1/2 cup reserved pasta water

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry and rub evenly with Cajun seasoning.

  3. In boiling salted water, cook the linguine until al dente; reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted; add reserved pasta water if needed.
  7. Toss linguine in the creamy sauce and serve topped with sliced chicken.
