  • lbs turkey sausage (sliced ¼" thick)
  • 2 lbs baby creamer potatoes (washed, sliced in half)
  • 2 cans (15 oz each) green beans (drained)
  • ⅛ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 cup onions (chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Slap Ya Mama® seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Wash and cut the baby creamer potatoes, placing them in a sealable bag. Add vegetable oil and seasonings; shake well to coat.
  3. In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, cook the turkey sausage with water until browned.
  4. Remove the sausage from the pan and add it to the bag with potatoes.
  5. Sauté onions and garlic in the same pan until translucent; then let cool slightly before adding to the bag.
  6. Add drained green beans to the mix and shake well before transferring everything into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for about 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
