  • 6 cups rye bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pound cooked corned beef, sliced or chopped
  • 1 (16-ounce) jar sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes with melted butter and garlic powder, tossing gently to coat.
  3. Layer half of the bread cubes in the prepared dish, then add corned beef, sauerkraut, dill pickles, and season with salt and pepper.
