  • 14 tsp sriracha, optional
  • 4 scallions, sliced
  • 1 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber

Instructions

  1. Cook the garbanzo bean rotini pasta in boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
