  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 4-serving size box of pistachio instant pudding mix
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ¼ cup roughly chopped pistachios

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300ºF. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar; beat in softened butter until blended.
  2. Press the dough into a greased 13×9 inch baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown edges appear. Let cool.
  3. In another bowl, blend softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Mix in milk and pistachio pudding until well combined.
  4. Spread the filling over the cooled crust; top with chopped pistachios. Refrigerate for at least one hour or until set.
  5. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
