  • 1 stick Unsalted Butter (softened)
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour (or preferred flour)
  • 1 tsp. Salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pimento cheese and softened butter until well blended.
  2. Gradually fold in all-purpose flour and salt until a dough forms.
  3. Shape the dough into a log about 1 ½ inches thick and wrap it in refrigerator wrap; chill for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Slice the chilled log into ¼ inch rounds and place them on the prepared baking sheet about 1 inch apart.
  6. Bake for 20-22 minutes until edges are lightly browned; cool completely before storing.
