  • 12 oz jar of peach preserves (or apple butter, blackberry, etc.)
  • 1 can of puff pastry or crescent dough
  • 8 oz wheel of brie cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick baking spray.
  3. Cut the puff pastry into 2-inch squares and place them in the muffin tin.
  4. Divide the brie into 12 pieces and place one on each puff pastry square.
  5. Top each piece of brie with about 1 tablespoon of peach preserves.
  6. Bake for 11 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and the brie is melted.
