  • 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced

  • 1 cup croutons
  • ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 packet Zesty Italian Dressing Mix
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons mayo
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. To make the dressing, combine olive oil, Zesty Italian dressing mix, white vinegar, water, sugar, mayo, mustard, and seasoning in a mini food processor or jar. Blend or shake until well mixed and emulsified. Refrigerate until ready to use.
