  • 1 3-pound boneless chicken breast
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 10 ounces yellow cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup minced scallions
  • dozen soft pull-apart slider rolls
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Spices: hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, kosher salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Bake chicken until cooked through (165°F internal temperature). Allow to cool slightly, then slice thinly.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, scallions, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  4. Add sliced chicken to the mixture and combine.
  5. Slice each slider roll in half and evenly spread the mixture on both halves.
  6. Place sliders tightly in a baking pan and brush the tops with melted butter.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for about 15 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
