  • 1 medium head of broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam or blanch cauliflower and broccoli florets for 5-7 minutes until tender but still firm. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  5. Add the steamed vegetables to the cheese mixture and gently stir to coat evenly.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
