  • 1 package Keebler Fudge Shoppe Stripes Cookies
  • 1 bag jumbo vegan marshmallows
  • 34 bags Ghirardelli dark chocolate melting wafers (10oz bags)
  • 1 bag green candy melts
  • 35 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 container green sanding sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt the Ghirardelli dark chocolate melting wafers using a double boiler until smooth.
  2. Dip each vegan marshmallow into the melted chocolate, leaving a small section uncoated.
  3. Let the chocolate-coated marshmallows dry on parchment paper.
  4. Coat each cookie in melted chocolate using a fork to flip until fully covered.
  5. Melt green candy melts and stir in coconut oil until smooth.
  6. Dip the bottom of each dried marshmallow into the green melts and immediately coat with green sanding sugar before placing it on top of the cookie.
  7. Use melted green chocolate in a piping bag to create shamrock designs on top.
