  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 1 T key lime juice
  • 1 T milk
  • ¼ tsp vanilla (for glaze)
  • Pinch of salt (optional, for glaze)
  • ½ tsp key lime zest (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream softened butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the egg, vanilla extract, and key lime zest; mix until well combined.
